Default [Resolved] phpmotion lscgid: execve() cgi-bin/uu_upload.pl permission denied

Hello I have a problem trying to upload a video on my web site, when it finish uploading the file i get the error:
lscgid: execve() cgi-bin/uu_upload.pl permission denied. I have change recently from apache 2 to litespeed, i have not idea why i get this error.
Coul some one please help me.

It is likely a permission problem with your perl interpreter. check
ls -l /usr/bin/perl
