SysVinit script parameters not compatible with the original httpd format

Hi!

It seems that the /etc/init.d/lsws script does not implement the basic parameters that the newer versions of Plesk Control Panel expects (condrestart, status, graceful) and thus in many places some of the panel's scripts hang complaining "no output from command" or something similar, preventing them from performing the job they were supposed to.

Considering the importance of these errors (re-reading IPs from the server, reconfiguring a virtual host etc), could you please implement this parameters?
