problem 503 Service Unavailable

Hi. i am new here so if this is not the correct forum for help i apologize.

i been getting this error on the website

503 Service Unavailable
The server is temporarily busy, try again later!

looking at the logs in stderr.log

how can i fix this problem? i have a dedicated, if that helps.

increase both soft and hard limit.

the limit by default is 200. you can increase by 50 at a time.
