Problem with wordpress, and php permision

Hi, when i try to open a .php in wordpress i get 403 Error.

i have see error log and appear:

The file have nobody:nobody owner and the path of the file is:

/wp-content/themes/sahifa/panel/shortcodes/ui.php?page=share

check 'Script Restricted Permission Mask' (http://www.litespeedtech.com/docs/we...PermissionMask) and the permission of ui.php (not just ownership). The error indicates that the script permission fails in the restricted permission mask. Hence the blockage.
