Default [Solved] 4.1rc5 keeps crashing

At [10/Apr/2011:12:30:02 +0200], web server with pid=23728 received unexpected signal=6, a core file is created. A new instance of web server will be started automatically!

Please forward the following debug information to bug@litespeedtech.com.

Crashing once every minute with the same stack trace; I'm going back to 4.0.20 for now.

please do a Force Reinstall for 4.1 if not yet.

Already did, no success. Keeps crashing every few minutes now that the daily traffic is picking up.

The problem seems to occur with POST requests to Rails FastCGI apps.
