Default Litespeed automatically restarted

Hello,
in few minutes litespeed restart every minute and fill /tmp device with files cores.

LiteSpeed version 4.1

Last error before FIRST restart was following:

2011-06-14 13:59:14.945 [INFO] [x.x.x.x:1386-0#APVH_xxx.xxx] connection to [/tmp/lshttpd/APVH_xxx.xxx_Suphp.sock.793] on request #0, confirmed, 1, associated process: 461093, running: 1, error: Illegal seek!

2011-06-14 13:59:27.859 [INFO] Remove pid: 461076, exitcode: 0
2011-06-14 13:59:31.300 [INFO] Remove pid: 461133, exitcode: 1
2011-06-14 13:59:34.606 [NOTICE] [AutoRestarter] child process with pid=412358 received signal=11, a core file is created!
2011-06-14 13:59:34.723 [NOTICE] [AutoRestarter] cleanup children processes and unix sockets of process with pid=412358 !

pls do followings:
1. install gdb (Gnu Debugger) and lsws 4.1 dbg version (http://www.litespeedtech.com/package...nux-dbg.tar.gz or http://www.litespeedtech.com/package...nux-dbg.tar.gz).
2. clean up core files in /tmp.
3. send the new core files (after 4.1 dbg installed) to us should this happens again.
