LiteSpeed, wordpress, W3TC, CDN and minified CSS/JS.

I'm attempting to enable the "Host minified CSS and JS files" option in the CDN section of w3tc but it appears that the mechanism used to detect whether or not this is available wants to play nice with litespeed.

I was wondering if anyone had run into this particular issue with litespeed before I asked around in the wordpress forums.

We're trying to get the js and css files to rewrite and minify properly so that we can use them with our CDN solution. In the w3tc total cache options everything is checked except for the js/css minification since it is greyed out.

Has anyone encountered this and perhaps have a solution?

If you're using an origin pull CDN like maxcdn, add in w3tc advanced cdn custom file list this line

wp-content/w3tc/min/*

will CDN host your minified CSS/JS files
