Default 404-Handler does not work with POST requests
When I use POST requests with the 404 handler setup, I get a REDIRECT to /dispatch.lsapi.

OK, we will investigate, thanks for the bug report.
In the meantime, please use rewrite rule instead.

This problem will be fixed in 2.1.19
