Unable to upload more than 23k file after upgrade to LWS 4.1.2

After upgrade to LWS 4.1.2, uploading file more than 23k failed with error:

Request Timeout

This request takes too long to process, it is timed out by the server. If it should not be timed out, please contact administrator of this web site to increase 'Connection Timeout'.

We are using Litespeed WHM plugin. How to resolve this problem?

Switch back to older version (4.1.1 or 4.0.20) for now. You can switch between different versions in WHM -> Plugins -> LiteSpeed Web Server --> Web Admin Console -> Actions -> Version Manager.
