SocialEngine error 503

hi,
when you first install SocialEngine, immediately after entering the data in the MySQL DB it returns a 503 error.

In the Error_log:

why?

is there anything in stderr.log when this occurred? likely script "/install/install/db-sanity" crashed PHP process.
