license update delay?

Hi,

I repaid my license but its not updating and my website is now unacceptable? What is the usually update length on licenses. Got a few thousand people waiting.

Usually update in one day, but you can make it update immediately with

/usr/local/lsws/bin/lshttpd -V

or

/usr/local/lsws/bin/lshttpd -r

Won't work given I need the license key. Can't get the license key since my new key is not active. Create serial.no and get;

[ERROR] Failed to find your license key under - /usr/local/lsws/ or /usr/local/lsws/conf/!


Try manual upgrade;

2011-08-23 14:33:00.840 [ERROR] [LICENSE] License key operation failure: ERR LC.9: Serial number is not active
[ERROR] Sorry, installation will abort without a valid license key.
