Prevent Creation of Symbolic Links For Non-Root Users

Does this affect LiteSpeed Web Server? If so is there anything that can be done about this?

If you only allow SymbolicLinkIfOwnerMatch, web server will deny access to the link target, as the target is owned by root, but the link itself is owned by a normal user.

Will this break any scripts like Joomla?
