4.1 lsphp CPU usage

Cause of an issue with older 4.1 reported here we're stayed with 4.0 for a long time on my high-end 64 and 80 core servers

Now we decided to upgrade to 4.1 which its been announced to be fixed another weird thing is occurring!

While its running with about 50% CPU idle with 4.0.20 after switching to 4.1.10 suddenly lsphp5 processes come up and eat my powerful CPU easily, up to 100% CPU usage only by lsphp5 processes

Its not because of restart and when after a little while load exceeds 1000 and server got irresponsible because of no available CPU

Please note that I'm facing this issue only with my high-end servers with 48, 64 and 80 CPU core ( both AMD opteron 62xx series and Intel E7 )

Is there any change in license/core things in 4.1? Its really odd to see upgrading to 4.1 on my 80core server leads to server outage, while 4.0 is handling all requests with about 50% of CPU power
