Can I set the configuration to an individual website?

Hi,
I have set up Per Client Throttling in the litespeed configuration as an overall settings. But one of my websites is always blocking IPs of online users. I think one of the pages on the website has too many images to load up. And therefore, the IPs are blocked from the litespeed.
I wonder how I can set up an individual configuration to the very site?

if this is a native LSWS vhost, you can use vhost level per client throttling.
