litespeed deployment

Hello!
is it possible to deploy litespeed to more than one server without installation procedure on each server?
I mean : can it be installed , configured once and after these deployed on any server ?

or I need to install it on each server to fetch license key for each "hardware" ?

so as far as I understood I can buy one serial key with ability to use it for more than one installation ( copy installed lsws dir, this serial.no to new server and run lshttpd -r)
am I right?

no. you have to release it from old server before register on new one.
