Default Anyone have the web web console crash server?

Hello,

I just installed with a trial key (not seeing a difference yet). Everything is working from what I can tell. In WHM when I click the web admin console the page just crashes then the whole server goes down.

Any one ever have this issue or know the solution?

Thank you.

do following
Quote:
netstat -ntpl | grep litespeed
also check error log (/usr/local/lsws/admin/logs/error.log) and see any details.

Do you mean webserver goes down (LSWS/Apache) or whole box crashes (if yes - are there any messages in /var/log/messages)?

Hello,

I have checked and the file "/usr/local/lsws/admin/logs/error.log" is empty. I did

netstat -ntpl | grep litespeed

Do you recommend a uninstall then install?

Thank you

Yes, do uninstall/re-install and see if it happens again.
