500 Internal Server Error for only one of the websites!

Hi

I been using litespeed for quite a long time now and I never had this sort of issues, the issue is one of the websites is really really really slow, as soon as I restart the litespeed it come up perfectly BUT after a while it either take ages to load or just time out, here is the website url

the error went away after changing the settings but it's still really really slow, any one can help me ??

the server is still unstable, well i would say only that website

then likely the issue is for that website specifically. is that web site busy (check real time stats)? or what?
