Default Syntax check on litespeed's PHP

On a non-cPanel host, we only run Litespeed's version of PHP... However when troubleshooting PHP scripts, we typically run php -l script.php to check for syntax errors.

This flag isn't there in the litespeed version. Is there another binary that can check the syntax without me having to install a copy of a non-LSWS PHP or can it be added in?
