trial license not work !!

i just downloaded litespeed ent. and i get trial key first time . but i have got an error message on logs:

":License key operation failure: ERR LCT.2: Your trial period has terminated. Please contact sales if you need to extend your trial."

what must i do ?

please contact sales@, to tell the server's IP, they can clear it for you. and if you have run the trial on the same IP before.
