Add latest PHP 5.4.15

Any chance you can add PHP 5.4.15 to the Compile PHP section at the Admin Web Console?

LiteSpeed will be releasing 4.2.3 next week and will include newer versions of php.

If you need to build now, you can try to modify the file
lsws/admin/html/utility/build_php/buildconf.inc.php
modify the $PHP_VER array to include the latest version.
