Rails setup issues

Hey Guys

I've been trying to get LSWS running but was not successful. It seems pretty straight forward but after several hours, I still have a 404. It does not seem so wasy and straight forward. So what am I missing?

I'm using the default VHOST path: /opt/lsws/app for where app is the app root.

Nvrmind guys, I just zip thru the setup options without looking closely at the option defaults so I had PHP turned on. In anyway, I only realized that after watching this screencast. This is much more clearly than the wiki, so I suggest anyone having any problems to catch this.
