Reverting back to 4.1.13 does not have the same behaviour.

Centos (Cloud Linux) 5 and 6 (32 and 64 bit).
cPanel

Does it to them all.

Can't really give access or change because it causes downtime. It's happening on all servers though, reverting to the previous version fixes it.
