looks normal to me. the only concern is
Cloud Linux: LVE

how about set it to "Disabled" ?
or other option "CageFS" ?

it's reported before if LVE or CaseFS limit set too low, will slow down the web server.

not sure if the network "hiccup" issue --- to test, switch to apache, see if the response become fast at once ? if slow as well, then network's issue. if it becomes fast, can you post the graph(for apache) from host-tracker

also, are all websites slow or only particular website slow ? how about the pure html webiste or php website without mysql ?

Hello
I don't know why! but port speed shifted to 50 Mbit after installing LSWS.
now problem is almost solved.

static contents (php & html, ...) are very fast (less than 1000 ms to transfer)

some dynamic sites are very fast (100 to 1000 ms)
and some is slow (1000 to 8000 ms)

Do you know what should I do?

if it's 1st request is slow, 2nd,3rd ... is fast, may due to "database warming up" issue. please refer this post:
