I tried restarting the 4.2.2 many times but I didn't help.

Please try

/usr/local/lsws/admin/misc/lsup.sh -f -v 4.2.2

The latest build of 4.2.2 may have fixed it. if it is not, please send us a temp root access, we will investigate and address this.
