Where do I find the log files?

I just got litespeed up and running using the EasyRailsWithSuEXEC Virtual Host Template, this was probably the easiest server setup ever! So there are 3 apps running, then I find out that one of them has an error. I usually just tail -f on the production logs to see whats going, but it's nowhere to be found. So I was wondering where do rails and fcgi/cgi errors get logged to?

I fixed it, well hopefully, it was just a permissions issue... Thanks for a great server!
