can you give a screenshot of
lsws admin console->
Server->
General->
Using Apache Configuration File

my best guess is if
PHP suEXEC=Yes

then plese increase
PHP suEXEC Max Conn

you may see the difference

If the PHP suEXEC Max Conn is 10, It is 10 now.

Please elaborate this and post a screenshot if you can. Also are you using PHP or Rails? If PHP, post the config of lsphp5 external app.

My mean is this situation :

My online visitor goes up time to time when I check in hitstate and other counter site,
for example i check counter now and it show 150 online users but with a refresh page suddenly it down to 0 and it seem my online visitors drop from my site!
I cannot show you screenshot of this situation because it occur in seconds.
some time goes 170 online users and the drop to 0,some times 210 online users and drop.

I am using php here,because in my vps i used it too.

is this behavior you described showing on your own monitoring tool or somewhere in LSWS admin console (like real-time stats). if your own tool, pls check LSWS real-time stats (Admin Console -> Actions -> Real-Time Stats) and see if it exhibit the same pattern.

Your real-time stats indicate your site traffic (like below) is steady. Not much to worry about.
Http In 7KB Http Out 202KB
Network Throughput
Connections
Http Used 92 Http Free 3,908
Requests (Details)
In Processing 29 Req/Sec 13.8
So what described before must be from your own monitoring tool.

for example i check counter now and it show 150 online users but with a refresh page suddenly it down to 0 and it seem my online visitors drop from my site!
