Can I setup an Litespeed reverse proxy alongside cPanel?

if yes then please tell me.
as far as i know cPanel binds port 80 so how will litespeed reverse proxy work?
i want to provide reverse proxies for my users, and also provide hosting for other users.

please help me out.

1. Create Web Server External App

create a "test-proxy" external app.

then in .htaccess

RewriteRule (.*) http://text-proxy/$1 [P]

i want to use cPanel and reverse proxy both,
but cPanel binds port 80 at all the ips so how is it possible to create a reverse proxy ?
