Click-page

I use Litespeed as proxy server to protect a site from ddos attack.
Is it possible to adjust on Litespeed a click-page which will appear before the opening of main site and there will be a URL to click on to enter the site.
For example:
http://72.20.34.138

 

[NiteWave]

72.20.34.138 is running apache

this is a userland cgi or application to implement the trick, nothing to do with web server settings or configuration.
