Can you please provide me step by step method to create virtual host in litespeed for shared websites(more than 40).and should we use apache configuration file in server setting page (of litespeed admin)..?

and how i can create sub-domain in litespeed servers from cpanel only ?

Plus when in whm panel,if root create another account, should i have to create separate virtual host for that or it will take automatically ?

please provide me step by step details ..

for cpanel/whm environment, you should create account/sub-domains via cpanel and let litespeed read apache httpd.conf. there is no need to create lsws native virtual host (via lsws cpanel) separately.

You are using standard edition which can only import up to 5 vhost's from apache. For cpanel/whm platform, it is recommended that enterprise edition is used if multiple accounts are hosted.

Standard Version is not for shared hosting servers ?

means we cannot create more than 5 accounts in standard version of litespeed ?
or anyway to create accounts ?

With LiteSpeed standard edition, you can NOT import more than 5 accounts created in cpanel/whm. Plus, cpanel/whm has other vhosts (not related to user accounts) in apache httpd.conf. So it is likely you may not get much of user vhost imported into litespeed.

Again, you should use enterprise edition which supports unlimited vhosts from Apache httpd.conf.

With Standard edition, you can create unlimited LiteSpeed native vhosts.
