Big big big congratulations and thank you for the fabulous work on LiteSpeed WebServer ! During the last few weeks I was battling with Apache and lighttpd in order to get a working chrooted+owner-matching CGI apps shared-hosting environment and it was as hard as not possible. Fortunately I discovered LiteSpeed WebServer which has unbelievably all the features I was looking for, and the best of all : there is a free version. I promise that I will donate you money when my project will be finished 8).
