license not activated

I bought the license for several hours ago. I tried to install the lsws but it says license not activated.

My order number is 8041174563

I already copied the serial number and put it on the file serial.no, then upload it to lsws folder and run ./install.sh. It just can't install the lsws due to license issue.

Can you please help?

Licenses are usually activated instantly and you would recieve a license activation email with the license code included. Recently LS has changed their billing system to use address verification services so there may be a problem with the billing.

I'd recommend opening a ticket with LS by logging into your account (via the store) a using their help desk. Support replies are very quick and you'll likely find out the problem more quickly than waiting for a forum reply - that is, if you are still having a problem.
