    LiteSpeed by default supports this.

However if you need static deliver look into a optimization sysadmin and varnish.

    ok im at this part
Please specify the port for normal HTTP service.
Port 80 is the standard HTTP port, only 'root' user is allowed to use
port 80, if you have another web server running on port 80, you need to
specify another port or stop the other web server before starting LiteSpeed
    Web Server.
You can access the normal web page at http://<YOUR_HOST>:<HTTP_PORT>/

what do i do if i already have my forum and everything set up

since you have Apache running and you need to make sure LiteSpeed runs ok before switch over, you should choose a different port for LSWS (say 8080).

LSWS, in this case, is a drop-in for Apache. You would do everything as usual in Plesk (/var/www/vhosts/domain/httpdocs). LSWS (reading Apache conf) will pick it up.
