Litespeed is not suspending users that exceeded bandwidth usage

Hi,

I'm using litespeed version 4.1.4 with Cpanel. Some users have exceeded their bandwidth usage. Although cpanel shows that they should be suspended, i can still access their website normally.

I had a similar problem in the past, at the same server ( http://www.litespeedtech.com/support/forum/showthread.php?t=4859 ) but this solution does not apply anymore since the module is active.

# grep bwlimited /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf
LoadModule bwlimited_module modules/mod_bwlimited.so

I tried to force a reinstall of litespeed but it didn't fixed the problem.

How can i fix this problem? Which additional information do you need?

can you switch to Apache and see if those sites get suspended?

Hello,

Yes, switching to apache fixes the problem. I get "509 Bandwidth Limit Exceeded" in this case.

Switching back to litespeed allow user to access the website again.

Is there any LT fix ? In Apache it works perfectly.
