litespeed stopped

Hello
LiteSpeed suddently stopped and all sites went down.
I checked the log and the last line was

"server stopped " , someting like that

I read that litespeed will restart itself when some error occured.
But why it is failed? I sshed and restarted lsws manually


My httpd.conf size is 3.7MB , around 89232 lines. . Is it because of some httpd.conf error ?

Just now noticed that, today 3 times lsws stopped and httpd automatically started!
Seems odd

How come httpd is starting automatically ?

Hi

I think this is not related to litespeed that the php is showing error something like our of memory. It is showing ony when apache started.

But I dont know why litesped is exiting and apache is starting suddently

How do I cofirm that their is something which is killing lsws ?

I have no clue, it is definitely not our program or script.
Have you done any thing in WHM recently? Is the "httpd" service in WHM unchecked.

As far as I know, I did not do anything in WHM. But the cPanel tech did some work , but that was with exim I think. Mails were not going and I requested them to fix it.
They updated exim and etc , thus the problem sorted but, I think lsws problem started from now.

What is the problem is ,

Litespeed is quitting , by giving this line is error.log
"2008-03-01 06:09:47.989 [NOTICE] SIGTERM received, stop server..."

And apache is starting automatically!!



I am not good in bash scripting, but can you help me for creating a bash script?
I want to run this every hour,

If httpd is running
{
if lshttpd is not running
{
service httpd stop
service lsws restart
}
}
