LSWS Vhosts detected but don't work?

#1
Hey Guys,

I have WHM and LS (on port 2080), it seems like LS detects all the hosts but when I try one of the vhosts, it just shows the default WHM page.

Does anyone have a clue what am I doing wrong?

Were you accessing the vhost by IP or by domain.
There might be a problem with vhost with dedicate IP, fix is in 3.3.15.
You can download it by changing the version number in the download link.

Updated

OK, so I've updated the installation to 3.3.15.

It looks like it's reading all the vhosts correctly but keep getting 404 for everything.

404 Not Found

Where do I check the system path of the vhost (which was taken from httpd.conf)?

Any other ideas?

When I disable the read apache conf mode and add a listener + vhost manually it works OK (for static files, for now).

I'm using apache 2.2, could that be the problem?
Any other idea what could be the problem?

No, I'm using the trial (15 days), I really hope to resolve that issue, I would like to really test it out before it ends

This is what I'm using:
Litespeed Web Server Enterprise v3.3.15

Could you give me a few tips on how to debug it?

Where's the error log located at? Any other helpful tips?

Is there a support line that I can call?

Thanks,
Sam

Sorry for the late reply.

If you would like, you can PM me or send a temp root login to sales@litespeetech..., we will take a look at it.

We can extend your trial if need.
