mod_rewrite issues

Hi

I'm trying to trouble shoot an issue with mod_rewrite on my forum. Are there any circumstances that you are aware of that will stop litespeed from reading .htaccess after a random time?

Scenario:
urls rewrite working ---> 20 minutes later , no longer being rewritten.

Web server is still running, caches are running fine with no errors what-so-ever.

Cheers.

I'm unsure if there is a conflict somewhere because a web server reboot will allow the rewrite rules to work but server logs show up nothing, this makes it difficult to trace.

to ensure you're using the latest lsws version.
#/usr/local/lsws/admin/misc/lsup.sh -f -v 4.2.14

so when it happens again. we know it also exists in latest version.

I think there maybe some conflicting issues with memcached (3.0.8) and the latest v, unless i got a configuration error. At the moment all is stable without memcached and just xcache as opcache.
