monthly licence running out - cant log into client area ??

    I've had a message from my server saying that the LS server licence is running out ? I'm on a monthly lease plan, I've tried logging into the client area with the correct login in details but it wont let me in !!

    Do I have to do this every month - ?

    license and client are login are two different things. you can log into the client area even with all your license(s) expired. you need to double check your login or have it reset.

    cant login into system - system wont accept credit card ...!

    Right ... we are on a monthly leasing plan , I cant log into the system after resetting password, the credit card system does not accept the card - even though the card is ok. got message that the account is suspend ..! even though on monthly credit card payment... not sure that LS is worth the hassle.. if not sorted I'm going to cancel the account..!

    you can open a ticket or send email to support@ with your login for our support to check.
