We've had requests for a license that gives users more power than the VPS license's 2GB limit allows, but doesn't cost as much as a 1-CPU. Our response: Ultra VPS. With Ultra, you get an 8GB RAM limit and up to 600 concurrent connections.
It only works with LSWS 4.2.2, though, so you may need to upgrade your server version before you upgrade your license.
