Per Client Throttling Out/In Bandwidth

Hi. I'm a bit confused about which unit is used to specify Out and In Bandwidth settings in per client throttling. On the Server security page the label for the fields says it's in bytes/s, but the tooltip says bandwidth is allocated in 4k units. So when I put 30720 into these fields, does it mean I limit bandwidth to 240kbps? Or I noticed that some of the bandwidth fields allow putting in numbers like 100K or 10M. If I put 100K into the per client throttling bandwidth settings, would it mean 100 kilobytes/s or 100kbps?
Thanks,
Tim

yes, 30720 means 30720 Bytes/sec, i.e, 30KBytes/sec, aka 240kbps

100 kilobytes/s
