    Hi there

I recently transferred my files over to a new server and migrated my LSWS license. Prior to migrating, I had no problems accessing the LSWS control panel but after migrating, I upgraded to (what turned out to be) a problematic build of 4.0.12 so was forced to revert back to my previous version of 4.0.6 via the control panel. Since then, I have been unable to access due to error messages, yet my websites are working fine.

I am receiving the following errors when accessing the CP:

    Code:
    Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: open(/usr/local/lsws//admin/tmp/sess_7721f8609f0725ccbdc865d7566b63da, O_RDWR) failed: Permission denied (13) in /usr/local/lsws/admin/html.4.0.6/classes/ws/CLIENT.php on line 40

Warning: Unknown(): open(/usr/local/lsws//admin/tmp/sess_7721f8609f0725ccbdc865d7566b63da, O_RDWR) failed: Permission denied (13) in Unknown on line 0

Warning: Unknown(): Failed to write session data (files). Please verify that the current setting of session.save_path is correct (/usr/local/lsws//admin/tmp) in Unknown on line 0
When attempting to login with my credentials, I receive (in addition to the above):

    Code:
Warning: fopen(/usr/local/lsws/admin/conf/htpasswd) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /usr/local/lsws/admin/html.4.0.6/classes/ws/CLIENT.php on line 124
Here are the permissions in /usr/local/lsws/admin/conf/

    Code:
    # ls -al /usr/local/lsws/admin/conf/

You should try a manual upgrade to 4.0.12 again.
If still have trouble login, run command

    /usr/local/lsws/admin/misc/create_admin_keypair.sh

    and try again.

    permission of
    /usr/local/lsws/admin/conf/
    looks ok.

    what's permission of
    /usr/local/lsws/admin/tmp ?

and which user running lshttpd? nobody, lsws or ...?

    also please give output of
    groups lsadm

Upgrading to 4.0.12 again seems to have resolved the problem.

    Thanks
