If it still behave like that after clicking "Force reinstall", you may need to manually download 4.2.19 package again, unpack, run install.sh, select "Upgrade", all configurations wont be changed. no need to reinstall from scratch.

Did a "Force reinstall" yesterday did some testing, checked again today and the APC problem seems to be fixed :)

FYI here are the processes.
Code:
0 3353 1 0 4:02PM ?? 0:00.01 litespeed (lshttpd)
0 3356 3353 0 4:02PM ?? 0:00.06 lsphp5
-2 3535 3356 0 4:14PM ?? 0:01.24 lsphp5
-2 3539 3356 0 4:14PM ?? 0:09.82 lsphp5
-2 3541 3356 0 4:14PM ?? 0:06.73 lsphp5
-2 3613 3356 0 4:22PM ?? 0:00.21 lsphp5
The top process (3353) is still lshttpd, but I can see that it has a child process lsphp5 (3356) running under "root", which has four children running under "nobody", I suppose the parent lsphp5 process you were referring to is 3356 in this case, and that it spawned four child processes since I have the 4-core license.

I will keep an eye on the uptime issue of the server, but I have a feeling that it might be fixed as well since APC is now working properly.

I really do appreciate your help throughout all this & Thank you!
