    Hi There,

Can I formally request that SVG Compression be added to the list of compressible types. ISP are reluctant to change their SOE and with no ability to add this via the .htaccess file we are limited to uses system defaults.

SVG file are used more widely than before and they do impact the page load speed eg in my case the SVG we use is 1MB and could be reduce to less than 300K which is quite significant reduction. I am sure that I am not only person in this situation.

    See discussion http://www.litespeedtech.com/support/forum/threads/problem-with-svg-compression.8572/

Hope to hear your response soon

    many thanks

It is in the default now, just the old installation will not pick it up, only new installation will. ask your ISP again see if they could, there is no harm adding another one to the list.
