upgrade to 4.0.1

I am running 4.0. I wonder if I should upgrade to 4.0.1 now? Also, in my Version Manager page, there is not Upgrade option. Just download and release notes links. Will I need to download the installation file, and run upgrade from there? I don't mind to upgrade in ssh, just want to make sure.
