Hello, just wanted to ask why do you prohibit legal adult sites to use your paid web server?
Do you think that customers will purchase such a professional server only to build a homepage or to sale shoes or pampers? People who need such server and who will pay for it generate lots of traffic and most of them are in the adult business. It's your choice but you loose money.
    Thanks for reading this;)

bullshits. Before reading this part of the 'license' I've plan to buy this webserver ( Enterprise Edition (2 CPU) $699 ) but after this joke with license usage which prohibits legal adult sites and erotic content I shall NEVER spend even $1 for LiteSpeed Web Server....farewell

    Goodbye!

This post is hardly relevant to lsws server conf so I'll be brief and only post this once.

It's unusual for a product manufacturer to take a stance on how their product is to be used, but it is not unprecedented nor restricting in a political sense. During every major world conflict suppliers picked a side and sold their wares in support of achieving victory for that side. LiteSpeed Tech is chooosing to do nothing less here and I applaud them for taking any stance. I can't think of another example of a software vendor doing the same but its refreshing to see one say "Here is what we stand for." It doesn't happen to run contrary to my needs plus I believe the product is the best tool for my job.

Bottom line is, the manufacturer has the right to sell their product "as is" and I doubt you wouldn't want the same right if you too were a vendor.

Kudos to the folks at LiteSpeed...

For taking a moral stand. Porn is addictive, sinful and degrades the Human individual.
