[Resolved] Whitelisting an IP ?

Hello,
I want to run siege on a domain with WordPress lscache enabled without increasing the max connections limit for other external IP addresses,

I've added my siege server IP to

Security > Allowed list (I have ALL, 1.2.3.4 as value, should I remove ALL ?)

And the IP is still being limited as :

[error] socket: read error Connection reset by peer sock.c:539: Connection reset by peer

I enabled debug logging in litespeed and I see :

Static throttling 0/50

followed by

[1.2.3.4]  "Access is denied!

How can I white liste this IP ?

is 1.2.3.4 followed by a trailing T? i.e., 1.2.3.4T instead of 1.2.3.4
don't remove ALL
