I have found is a problem related to litespeed cache.
Removing these cache lines from root dir .htaccess it always works:
It's not related with browser cache.
Sometimes works, sometimes not. I did cache clear, new browser, etc, with random results.
I have some standard htaccess password protected dirs.
It works ok with litespeed 5.0.8, but after upgrading to 5.1.17 or 5.2, it doesn't work...
testing now with current 5.0.7
Tested again with 5.0.6 and it still fails. Some users cookies are lost during navigation and they are unlogged.
With 4.2.24 it works ok.
downgrading to 4.2.24 seems to fix the problem.
Yes it's using SSL through Cloudflare.

since I upgraded my board from v4.2.23 to 5.0.5, lot of users are reporting problems with cookies.
Their accounts are unlogged from site...
Im testing this too, trying to get it working for guests users as cache, logged users as private cache, and working with mobile style detector....
But access logs should show visitor IPs because use Client IP in Header is set to Trusted Only.
I think the best way to do that is close port...
After more checking, it seems everything is ok, but a coincidence..
All attacker IPs are logged and IPs from proxy are generated by a coincident...
