404 Error?

So I have an odd question, I just started a new app ran by LiteSpeed LSAPI on the "Ruby on Rails: Welcome aboard" page (the default page) if you click on the "About your Applications Environment" it tells me the page can't be found, I'm assuming a problem with redirection, but am not sure what. Rewrite is enabled as is all .htaccess settings?

Help would be appreciated. Thanks!

You should try our easy configuration first, without the rewrite.

If you mean your "EasyRailswithSuEXEC" Virtual Host Template, that is what this site was built on...I had rewrite off first (same problem) then on...still the same problem.

Are you running in "production" mode or "development"? the properties page is not available for "production" for security reason.

Okay, that got us closer, thanks, didn't realize that distinction, it auto defaulted to production. Now my next question is I'm getting this error now: "For security purposes, this information is only available to local requests."

How can I see it, obviously I'm not working on my server directly?

Maybe try lynx from that server. When you see that message, means that the rails app works. You can move on.
