What does that mean? Does that mean my server cut them off, they stopped the transfer themselves? Should I reduce the wait timeout or increase it? I had it at 15 before then I increased it to 60 because I thought that 56.6k users would not be able to download some of my pages that had up to 100 images per page in under 15 seconds.
