Configuring litespeed

I installed litespeed but I couldn't configure it to work !!! I had configuration page but I couldn't bring sites on server up.
I mailed support twice but never get any answer.
do support team accept install and config pre-sale ?
Is litespeed work on kloxo panel (in centos 5.5 32bit)?

i have vps with 128 ram ..and kloxo running to slow

then i installed centos 5.5. 64 bit...with lsws...
everything so great!

'--with-mysqli' '--with-zlib' '--with-gd' '--enable-shmop' '--enable-track-vars' '--enable-sockets' '--enable-sysvsem' '--enable-sysvshm' '--enable-magic-quotes' '--enable-mbstring' '--with-iconv' '--with-curl' '--with-litespeed' '--with-mysql' '--with-mcrypt' '--with-mysql=/usr' '--with-libdir=lib64' '--with-puredb' '-–enable-ftp'

if something error occured then you need to install library first, like mcrypt, you can do

yum search mcrypt, then select x_64 devel

and re run the configure

yes. I play much with options and read lot of articles but i couldn't config vhost.
I don't remmeber what brings up, 404 or litespeed default page.

then u need to check that page, 404 or else, and dont forget to gracefull restart after changing something

yes I use gracefull restart. but I know I can't configure lsws. I need someone to do it for me. but support doesn't answer my emails/tickets and ...

my server had about 2 hours downtime for installing lsws. now I use apache. I never test it again. the support seems to be terrible!!! I wait for experienced one.

yes I want to test demo 15 days version. the question is what can do a customer when needs lsws but can't install and configure it?
