Drop-down menu doesn't work with LiteMage Cache enabled

We have Magento 1.9.3 and I've followed the installation instructions for LiteMage Cache and configured it. It seems to work well but with one problem: the drop-down menus stop working with this enabled. There's not much in the troubleshooting guide nor here on this forum so have not been able to resolve it myself. Any ideas please? Thank you

what's the URL for your store? maybe you can log a ticket with us by providing tmp root password and your magento store admin login as well.

Hello, it's http://www.lbmdev.space/ but I have disabled LiteMage Cache because of the issue. I cannot log a ticket as I don't have an account with you (our hosting company does).
